Rigid and foldable seeding bars with working widths of 3.00 to 6.00m. They make an effective combination when coupled to a power harrow and TF 1512 front hopper. These seeding bars are equipped with SEEDFLEX seeding units: offset double disc on a parallelogram system.

Choose the SEEDFLEX seeding units: reliable and precise

This 41 mm offset double-disc coulter bar allows for perfect furrow opening. The discs are mounted on a parallelogram over two rows and fitted with a press wheel for accurate control of the seeding depth of each unit. With a clearance of 35 cm between the front and rear rows, SEEDFLEX seeding units are suitable for different extreme and maintenance-free uses. You benefit from rigorously identical ground pressure on both rows adjustable up to 45 kg. The guiding tip of the seeds to the bottom of the furrow allows you to enjoy excellent seeding depth evenness.

Electrically driven VENTA metering system

The VENTA metering system of the TF 1512 hopper is recognized for its simple design and precise and regular metering. The centralised metering unit has large volumetric flutings for large seeds (wheat, barley, peas, beans...) as well as smaller ones for small seeds (rapeseed, alfalfa,...). The application rates range from 1 to 430 kg/ha. The metering unit is electrically driven, which allows modulating the application rate "continuously" manually or by GPS without leaving the cab. This reliable and robust drive requires no maintenance.

Benefit from hydraulic settings from the cab

In the cabin, you adjust hydraulically the seeding depth, ground pressure and seeding bar lift. Thus your can carry out fast and precise adjustments. You can also make a passage without seeding when required by the terrain. Two cylinders with spacers are used as base point for the seeding depth and ground pressure.

Easy to attach to the power harrow

It is easy to couple and uncouple the seeding bar with no tools are required. The power harrow can be used solo due to the seeding bar's hydraulic lift system that makes it possible to carry out a seeding-free passage without uncoupling. As the seeding bar is attached to the roller frame, there is no need to readjust seeding depth when the power harrow's working depth changes!

Travel easily

The BTF and BTFR seeding bars are equipped with a removable transport assistance system and a semi-automatic coupling support system. Moving from transport to working position is very easy and you have no constraint at work. The removable carrying frame supports the weight of the combination during transport. The maximum load on the rear axle and the tractor gross weight are respected. The chassis is fitted with pivoting twin-wheels of large diameter. The carrying frame is easily removed thanks to the semi-automatic coupling. During work, it is parked at the end of the field to lighten the unit. For road transport, the hydraulic top link point is placed in the floating position. This ensures a smooth ride regardless of the road contours.

A well-balanced combination

Designed for drilling combinations with power harrows, the rigid BTF and folding BTFR seeding bars work just as well in ploughed land as min-tilled. In combination with a front hopper, the tractor’s rear-axle load is reduced, resulting in better tractor/machine balance. You also get SEEDFLEX technology that ensures exceptionally high-quality seeding.
